Birgit Strobl

Position: Project Manager, Digital Media
Nationality: Austrian

Responsibilities:
Birgit, who joined KISKA in October 2011, creates concepts for web sites and online marketing activities and manages their progress. She also advises KISKA clients on web site performance, including content management and search engine marketing optimisation.

Qualifications:
After studying design and product management, Birgit worked in marketing on the client side before joining a full-service internet agency in Salzburg as a key account manager, concept developer and project manager.

Christina Quehenberger

Position: Account Manager
Nationality: Austrian

Responsibilities:
Christina liaises between KISKA’s clients and creatives to ensure successful project completion.

Qualifications:
After graduating in Communication Sciences, Christina spent several years abroad before working for an international design company specialising in PR and marketing. She is currently taking a postgraduate course in Training & Development for small-to-medium businesses.

Annamaria Boheim

Position: Screen designer
Nationality: German

Responsibilities:
Anna thinks in pixels. As a member of KISKA's Digital Media team she develops designs from concept through to completion, thinking beyond ‘good design' to explore the full potential of usability and optimal use of technology.

Qualifications:
After studying Communication Design in Wiesbaden, Anna worked with an internet agency in Salzburg before joining KISKA.

Sandra Kurz-Thurn-Goldenstein

Position: Junior Graphic Designer
Nationality: Austrian

Area of responsibility:
Sandra, whose motto is ‘The present is the future memory, one should create it accordingly', uses her passion for graphic design to create custom designs across a wide range of products.

Qualifications:
After qualifying in tourism, Sandra spent a year at a prestigious internet agency before completing a design course at Salzburg's Advertising & Design Academy. She has been using her skills to great effect in our Communications Team since 2011.

Florian Achmüller

Position: CRM (Client Relationship Manager)
Nationality: Austrian

Area of responsibility:
Florian has been appointed to work exclusively with our client KTM in strategy, positioning and marketing issues. He coordinates the flow of work and communications between both companies.

Qualifications:
Florian's experience includes nine years with a ‘Fortune 200' company in the United States, specialising in sales and marketing. Trained in marketing and management in Salzburg, Linz and St Gallen, he is now bringing all his experience to bear on the KTM account.

Michal Matuska

Position: Director Digital Media
Nationality: Czech

Area of responsibility:
Michal joined Kiska in 2011 after spending eight years in the UK, where he worked on innovative projects for many ‘blue chip' clients. As the chief of KISKA's digital media department, Michael provides strategic consultancy to our clients. He also uses his experience in all aspects of digital production to add a unique mix of technical, creative and strategic skills to every project.

Qualifications:
After studying IT in Prague, Michal studied Interactive Media Production at the highly respected Media School at Bournemouth University, UK.

Jörg Kallinger

Position: Designer
Nationality: Austrian

Area of responsibility:
As a member of our Corporate Design team Jörg prepares client presentations and develops new designs for clients' products.

Qualifications:
After completing a course at the Austrian Advertising Design Academy, Jörg spent nearly four years in a number of advertising agencies. He loves clear designs that flow through all stages of the design process, from concept to final detail.

Olaf Konn

Position: Creative Director
Nationality: German

Area of Responsibility:
As Creative Director for our client KTM Olaf heads up the creative KTM team of our communications department. Together with communication designers, copywriters and concept developers, he is responsible for the communicative performance of our customer KTM. He also is in charge for the design of effective verbal communication materials and develops ideas for complete advertising campaigns.

Qualifications:
After two semesters studying business administration in Berlin and various jobs in the advertising industry, Olaf studied "Design, Corporate and Business Communication" at the University of the Arts in Berlin. His years of experience in the advertising industry as an art director and creative director, took him from Germany via the Netherlands to Austria.

Rene Schmitt

Name: René Schmitt
Position: Senior Designer
Nationality: Germany

Responsibilities
René specialises in print collateral for clients such as KTM. Skilled in campaign development and corporate design, he ensures that each client’s design elements are executed accurately and creatively to ensure maximum impact in the marketplace.

Skills
René uses his background in advertising to achieve powerful results that make a real difference for clients.

Thomas Rothauer

Name: Thomas Rothauer
Position: Account Manager
Nationality: Austrian

Responsibilities
Thomas acts as an essential link between clients and designers, contributing substantially to the brand development process. He is passionate about identifying individual strategies for clients and their positioning in the market. He has helped our clients in the crowded markets of “Food & Beverage” and the “Sports Industry” market segments to better differentiate themselves.

Skills

Thomas has a background in marketing, with a focus on brand management, sports sponsorship, corporate hospitality and event organisation. Among his previous roles, he has served as Head of Marketing for the Austrian Olympic Committee. He holds a degree in International Business Administrations and is a member of the Salzburg Marketing Club.

Georg Eisl

Georg Eisl
Position: Senior Graphic Designer

Responsibility: In his desire to make our communication environment as attractive as possible, Georg gives new products a tailored appearance and the right character regarding Corporate Design. His favourite areas are ski and motorcycle design.


Skills: After his studies of Graphic Design in Linz, Georg was working for a start-up company. He then came to Salzburg where he gained further experience in two different agencies before he came to KISKA the first time in 2003 and after a break returned in 2010.

Cornelia Held

Cornelia Held
Postition: Designer
Nationality: Austrian

Responsibility: Cornelia is responsible for the development and collaboration on Corporate Design projects, from concept to layout and defined style guide to the printable document.

Skills: After her Masters in Communication Design from the University Munich and some first job experiences there, she worked several years in an advertising agency with international clients. Cornelia loves to combine different materials and to create a haptic and optic experience as well as to sort information and structure them in a clear way.

Michael Zajc

Michael Zajc
Position: Graphic Designer
Nationality: Austrian

Responsibility: Michael works in the KTM team at KISKA as Graphic Designer. He creates communication concepts from the idea to the style definition and the final layout with the emphasis on creating a completely new style.

Skills: Michael studied Graphics and Communication Design in Linz. The passionate Motocross driver is able to combine his experience as a driver with his graphical talent and to integrate the freedom and attitude to life on 2 wheels in his work. „It’s wonderful to see my ideas jumping from my head on the paper“.

Johanna Druzd

Position: Project Manager
Nationality: German

Responsibilities:
Johanna liaises between KTM and KISKA's designers, ensuring the best possible communications and process flow.

Skills:
After studying economics with a focus on marketing in Austria Johanna gained her first professional experience at Adelholzener Alpenquellen before moving to KISKA in 2011.

Michael Hoeller

Name: Michael Höller
Position: Designer
Nationality: Austria

Skills
Michael, our media designer, is a Photoshop expert who edits pictures, renders them and makes KISKA designs look that subtle bit better! He uses his insights into the latest technology to offer advice on software deployment and often tests the latest DTP products for the company.

Responsibilities
An enthusiastic motorcyclist, Michael enjoys editing action sequences. Outside the office you can find him snowboarding, biking or performing with one of his two bands.

Christoph Pranger

Name: Christoph Pranger
Position: Digital Media Specialist
Nationality: Austria

Responsibilities
Christoph is specialised in the setup and execution of digital media projects. He helps our clients to develop their best possible digital appearance.  This includes the conception and implementation of websites, social media activities, mobile applications, viral marketing campaigns and much more.

Skills
Christoph started his career in the automotive industry, gaining experience in marketing strategy and communication. This background, allied to his strong commercial sense and passion for consumer needs give Christoph the ability to immerse himself in a client’s culture and make a strong contribution to every project.

Rudi Schedl

Name: Rudi Schedl
Position: Group Senior Designer
Nationality: Germany

Responsibilities
As head of KISKA's KTM graphics team, Rudi leads all design projects for this clients, across all media. An enthusiastic believer in the power of photography, he developed the visual approach for KTM, the X-bow and Husaberg. With his great commitment and his legendary ingenuity he is always on the look of the perfect shot.

Skills
After graduating in design Rudi worked in several Munich-based agencies as communication designer and art director. He found additional creative challenges when working as a freelance book illustrator and professional portrait and sports photographer. He has more than eleven years of experience in graphic design, editorial design and photography.After graduating in design, Rudi worked as a freelance book illustrator before moving to the advertising environment.

Stefanie Lindner

Position: Project Management 
Nationality: Austrian

Responsibilities:
Stefanie ensures that work flows smoothly within KISKA and for our clients. She drafts offers and protocols, generates cost statements, schedules work and generally helps to ensure that KISKA delivers on its promises. She loves the challenge of bringing together the expectations of KISKA, ist clients and ist suppliers.

Skills:
Stefanie graduated in Tourism and enjoys the international nature of KISKA’s work. She brings her wide experience in service-oriented companies to the office every day – as well as her four years of experience in event management.

Klaus Berndt

Name: Klaus Berndt
Position: Group Senior Designer
Nationality: Germany/US

Responsibilities
With some 20 years of experience in graphic design, Klaus acts as mentor to the team as well as managing complex projects for our clients. He is expert in translating needs into graphical terms. Taking a holistic view of each challenge, Klaus is proud of his attention to detail as well as his strategic understanding, and takes a close interest in all work undertaken by his team.

Skills
After graduating in graphic design, Klaus worked in several well-known agencies before joining KISKA. Today his skills include corporate design, packaging design, book design, technical illustrations and informational graphics. He is also KISKA’s art director for photography and illustration, guiding our clients from concept to final artwork. Typography is one of his professional passions, and he teaches this subject at university.

Andreas Scharnagl

Name: Andreas Scharnagl
Position: Desktop Publisher
Nationality: Austria

Responsibilities
Andreas works across a wide range of areas and is a member of KISKA´s graphics team. He particularly enjoys designing various projects for our customer KTM.

Skills
Andreas spent a year working in the digital print industry in Norway before joining KISKA.

Ingeborg Baihofer

Name: Ingeborg Eibel
Position: Project Manager
Nationality: Austria

Responsibilities
Ingeborg manages the flow of work through the Communication team, specialising in projects for KTM and Husaberg. As well as workflow she monitors costs and reports to clients, and negotiates with suppliers.

Skills
Ingeborg has considerable commercial experience gained in various companies before joining KISKA.

Wolfgang Tramposch

Name: Wolfgang Tramposch
Position: Senior Desktop Publisher
Nationality: Austrian

Responsibility
Wolfgang is responsible for all aspects of final artwork, from colour management and proofing to communication with printing companies and quality management. He is also team leader for the desktop publishing team, coordinating its activities and supervising its professional development.

Skills
Wolfgang has more than 16 years experience in DTP, picture retouching and digital composing. He understands the full range of printing processes and is an expert in desktop publishing programs and other software.
