Qualifications:
After studying law and economy, Sabine joined Bosch as an intern, organising its seminars.
Sarah Kiska

Position: Receptionist
Nationality: Austrian
Responsibilities:
Sarah is a versatile administrator who responds flexibly to any challenge, from arranging client hospitality to mail processing, office supplies and company Positive and meticulous, she ensures that every visitor receives a warm and friendly welcome
Qualifications:
After graduating with honours in retail services, Sarah is now studying for the Austrian national matriculation.
Ines Grubelnig

Position: Assistant
Nationality: Austrian
Responsibility:
Ines garantees the smooth workflow within the department. She ensures that all projects can be realized according to internal requirements and the clients‘ expectations.
Skills:
After she graduated from commercial school, Ines has been gaining experience as assistant in different areas. Two years ago she started an avocational study in Business Management, at the moment she is writing her Bachelor thesis.
Claudia Pröll

Position: Assistant Finance & Controlling
Nationality: Austrian
Responsibility: Claudia is the girl Friday in the Finance department. She supports the Finance Director and the Finance Specialist and carries out all payment transactions and the invoice processing.
Skills: Claudia had a commercial education and brings 14 years of professional experience in the banking and assistant sector to KISKA.
Sonja Kaserer

Position: Marketing Specialist
Nationality: Italian
Responsibility:
Sonja is primary contact person to national and international media providing them with information around exciting projects and innovations at KISKA. Furthermore, she takes care of the internal communication, web and social media.
Skills: Sonja is from South Tyrol and bilingual. Her studies of communication sciences led her to Salzburg. Prior coming to KISKA she worked among others at „Orderman“ where she was also responsable for the PR.
Claudia Kocher
Claudia Kocher
Position: Human Resources Specialist
Nationality: Austria
Responsibilities: Claudia is the first person you come in contact with when you apply for KISKA. She is responsible for the recruiting process: she writes job advertisements, selects the applications, interviews potential employees, makes the contracts etc.
Skills: Claudia is a career changer and comes originally from the health sector where whe led the complaint management of a health resort.
Katrin Wörndl
Nationality: Austrian
Position: Assistant
Responsibilities:
Katrin is part of the Assistant team. She gives her creative collegues the support they need to focus on design tasks by coordinating appointments, assist with the travel organisation and creating reports and statistics.
Skills:
After her A level degree, Katrin started highly motivated in the work life. After some time working in the hospitality industry, she decided to make a career change and found her way to KISKA.
Michaela Horner

Position: Assistant Finance & Controlling
Nationality: Austrian
Responsibilities:
Michaela supports KISKA's Finance Director and Finance Specialist in the processing of invoices, cash flow statements, daily financial records, log books and other accounting tasks.
Skills:
Michaela brings 21 years of professional financial and ‘back office' experience to her duties with KISKA.
Gabriele Brugger

Position: Assistant to Executive Board
Nationalität: Deutschland
Responsibilities:
Gabriele is Gerald Kiska's right hand and supports him in all internal and external affairs.
Skills:
After an apprenticeship in hotel management and initial experience in the hospitality industry, Gabriels joined the movie industry where she worked as a freelance as camera assistant, production manager and lighting technician. After a break for her kids she found her way to KISKA.
Ulrike Kobler

Name: Ulrike Kobler
Position: Marketing Specialist
Nationality: Austria
Responsibilities
As well as helping to develop and manage sales strategies and tactics, Ulrike provides administrative support to the sales team and provides strategic analyses. She also supervises the annual business planning process, manages budgets and helps to manage internal and external projects.
Skills
After graduating in business studies with a specialisation in marketing, Ulrike worked in a number of internal and external strategy departments in the market research and consumer survey industries before joining KISKA.
Andrea Kastinger

Name: Andrea Kastinger
Position: Receptionist
Nationality: Germany
Responsibilities
"You never get a second chance for a first impression."
Andrea works in our reception area and makes sure that all visitors to KISKA feel comfortable and welcome. She also supports the wider KISKA team with administrative support.
Skills
After her study in Fashion Design the native born "Rottweilerin" worked nationally and internationally for several Fashion agencies. After Stuttgart, Munich and Switzerland we are happy that Andrea came to Austria to beautiful Anif.
Alexandra Riffler

Name: Alexandra Riffler
Position: Assistant
Nationality: Austria
Responsibilities
Alexandra provides administrative and organisational support to the entire business development team. She coordinates all diaries, is responsible for travel organisation, meeting minutes and creates reports and statistics.
Skills
Alexandra has held various assistant roles in different industries, PR and Marketing assistant, assistant to the board and also as a team assistant. Her passion is to write poetry.
Christian Danzer

Name: Christian Danzer
Position: Operations Director
Nationality: Austria
Responsibilities
Christian is responsible for the direction and management of IT, Facility and HR at KISKA. Together with a committed team, he provides the business with a stable infrastructure and improves it constantly. In the HR he is the contact point for applicants from all around the world as well as for employee’s requests.
Skills
Christian joined KISKA after around ten years in advertising and the marketing of consumer goods and investment services. Joining KISKA in 2000 he brings a wide range of experience to his role.
Yvonne Melzer

Name: Yvonne Melzer
Position: Finance Director
Nationality: Austria
Responsibilities
Yvonne manages KISKA’s administrative structure. She contributes to the company’s business and cashflow planning processes and she also ensures that KISKA complies with all relevant legislation and supervises a number of other administrative and HR functions.
Skills
Yvonne has nearly twenty years of practical experience in accountancy, salary administration and purchasing, as well as a master’s degree in financial management.
Stefan Melzer

Name: Stefan Melzer
Position: IT Administrator
Nationality: Austria
Responsibilities
Stefan is the "lord of the IT infrastructure" at KISKA. His mission is to ensure that every employee has access to an integrated IT system that extends from desktop service delivery to robust data backup.
Skills
Stefan has extensive IT experience. After a technical education he worked for many years as a hardware and software technician, becoming a supervisor and then a consultant before joining KISKA.
Biljana Colic

Name: Biljana Colic
Position: Housekeeping
Nationality: Bosnia - Herzegovina
Responsibilities
Biljana leads KISKA’s cleaning team in the challenging task of taking care of the interior and exterior of the building, promoting a safe and tidy environment that gives the creative teams freedom to work.
Skills
Biljana has considerable experience in adapting services to meet the needs of staff in dynamic and unusual environments.
Sandra Maria Schicho

Name: Sandra Maria Schicho
Position: Finance Specialist
Nationality: Austria
Responsibilities
Sandra’s area of responsibility covers a broad range of tasks within finance,such as the processing of invoices, accounting tasks, financial record-keeping, and the preparation of reports. She also supports the finance director in drafting and finalising KISKA’s business plan.
Skills
Sandra is a trained and qualified bookkeeper, payroll and cost allocation accountant with nearly ten years of experience in book-keeping and payroll.
Norbert Grabner

Position: IT Support

Responsibilities
Norbert is KISKA’s IT ‘help desk’. He ensures that every user problem is solved quickly and efficiently, so that day-to-day work for our clients can continue as smoothly as possible.
Skills
Norbert is an IT specialist with experience in user support.
Andreas Kopp

Name: Andreas Kopp
Position: Applications Manager
Nationality: Austria
Responsibilities
Andreas is responsible for the development, management and planning of KISKA’s IT services. These include the company’s design, business and support applications. He also supports operations teams in management reporting and business planning.
Skills
Andreas came to IT after six years in mechanical engineering. He has over a decade of IT experience gained in process design as well as in the development and implementation of infrastructure and applications. Before joining KISKA he executed IT projects in production, health and service environments.
Zurijeta Jaseirevic

Name: Zurijeta Jaserevic
Position: Housekeeping
Nationality: Bosnia-Herzegovina
Responsibilities
Zurijeta works within the housekeeping team to create a clean and safe working environment for KISKA people.
Skills
Flexibility of approach and good negotiating skills enable Zurijeta to clean every office!
Jan Sindelar

Name: Jan Sindelar
Position: Facility Manager
Nationality: Czech Republic
Responsibilities
Jan ensures the reliability and efficiency of KISKA ‘hardware' and all the people and organisations that make it work. He purchases equipment and environmental systems, supervises the infrastructure and security management, and negotiates with suppliers.
Skills
Jan has dedicated his career to infrastructure management and logistics and has considerable experience in coordinating projects as well as in purchasing and relationship management.
